Introduction

A fast-growing start-up on the cusp of changing micro-mobility forever, Thorn PR has been telling its story since 2021 through targeted national and international media engagement. There are more than 1700 people on the FTN waiting list for their own Streetdog bike, which was just 200 when Thorn PR began working with the award-winning disruptor.

Michel Roncara, FTN’s General Manager, says PR has been instrumental in reaching potential customers and investors in a very short period of time.

“PR has been great for FTN. From the beginning, it’s allowed us to reach a wide audience which has been great validation for the Streetdog, especially in our early days… PR has been our main marketing activity since 2021 and is one of our best choices.” Michel Roncara, FTN’s General Manager.

FTN is a company pushing boundaries in creating an entirely new category and needs its PR to reflect its true personality and that of its co-founders. Michel says that when considering PR, they were looking for a local agency that had done some interesting work with mid-size companies, and Thorn PR stood out.
